In response to county, state, and federal guidelines, Delta Diablo has modified operations related to public-facing services and facility access until further notice. This includes:

- Reception Lobbies at the Plant Operations Center and Treatment Plant Building – Closed to the public
- Permit Counter – See below for service availability
- Environmental Services Inspections – Suspended until further notice
All District supported school programs, public events, and tours have also been suspended. This difficult decision was made to protect the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community.
Wastewater collection and maintenance services will continue uninterrupted. We remain committed to our mission of protecting public health and the environment.

COVID-19 Permit Counter Operations
During this time, staff will be available to maintain daily operations. The Permit Counter phone line (925) 756-1900 and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org will be responded to during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Repair Permits: Applications for residential and non-residential wastewater utility service can be obtained at the District’s Sewer Permits website page (https://www.deltadiablo.org/sewer-permits) and submitted electronically to email@example.com. Permit applications will be processed by Delta Diablo staff who will contact applicants via phone or e-mail to discuss the status of permits and assist with the permit issuance as much as possible.
Plan Reviews: Plans can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can contact staff at (925) 756-1900 to arrange for electronic submittal of documents too large for email.
Inspections: Delta Diablo’s inspection staff may be available to conduct sewer repair inspections as necessary. Inspectors will adhere to 6-foot social distancing mandates with developers and residents. Please call (925) 756-1900 to schedule an inspection.
