It is with great sadness that we honor the passing of Federal D. Glover on Sunday, May 18, 2025. As our longest-tenured Board member, he served on the Delta Diablo Board of Directors with distinction and dedication for 28 years through December 2024, including nine terms as Board Chair. In representing the local community, he exhibited outstanding leadership and guidance, and made significant contributions to achieving our mission, advancing key strategies, and ensuring financial sustainability. Our thoughts and sincere condolences are shared with the many family members, friends, and colleagues who felt his positive impact and energy on their lives.
