Current Requests for Proposal

Cogeneration System Improvements Project

The District is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for the Cogeneration System Improvements Project (Project). The Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the Project’s goals and scope of work which includes an alternatives analysis, predesign activities, and detailed design to replace existing aging infrastructure at the District’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. Interested consulting firms are encouraged to participate in the consultant selection process as defined in the RFP. Please note that a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk is scheduled on December 7, 2022 at 12:30 PM at the District’s offices (2500 Pittsburg-Antioch Highway, Antioch, CA 94509). Proposals, meeting all of the RFP requirements, must be submitted to the District no later than 2:00 PM on January 9, 2023.
