Federal Glover has served on the Delta Diablo Board of Directors since November 2006, representing Bay Point in his capacity as a Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors (District 5 Representative) member. Director Glover was born in Pittsburg, attended Pittsburg High School, and enjoyed a 22-year career at The Dow Chemical Co. and POSCO Steel in Pittsburg. He was a Pittsburg City Councilmember from 1996-2000, which included serving as Mayor from 1998-1999, and has served as on the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors since 2000.
